Return Policy for Barbie Ulta Beauty

2. No Refunds
Once a product has been opened or received, we do not offer refunds. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and safety of our skincare products.
3. Store Credit
If you encounter a unique reason that necessitates a return, and the product has not been opened or used, we offer store credit equal to the purchase price of the item. This credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.
4. Eligibility for Store Credit
To be eligible for store credit, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The request for store credit must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return for store credit, please follow these steps:

2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product.
3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
4. If approved, store credit will be applied to your account within 7 business days.
6. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the credit amount.
